Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please review the details below:

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of receipt.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A $3 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.

Return Process:

  1. Email linsehomedecor@gmail.com stating your intention to return, the reason, and your order details.

  2. Once your return is approved, ship the item back and provide us with the tracking number.

Refunds:

  • You will receive a full refund for the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (card or PayPal) within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Any shipping issues (missing or incorrect items) must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.
