We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Be unworn/unused, with all tags attached.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

We will review the case promptly and work to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery — for any reason, without the need to provide justification. The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
